Hi guys I have just bought a 230 F1 in liquid yellow, I am looking to run around 320-340bhp and would love to have some advice on how to get there, what stock internals will handle, that sort of thing. Hopefully in the near future it will get some basic mods with a map to get it to stage 1, but hybrid turbo etc will all be long term, thanks in advance for the help

Good places to look would be at a couple of the project threads on this mate, as a fair few running that kind or near to it power.
