Hi All, I recently picked up a 225 Cup and have been loving the car so far (and the Quaife LSD fitted to it). However I took it for its first proper outing today and unfortunately it has a habit of popping out of second gear. It seems to only happen when engine breaking and heading downhill – it will go into gear perfectly but pop out shortly after. Generally only when driving spiritedly i.e going from 3rd to 2nd under brakes and doesn't matter if I heel and toe or not. No issues under power and otherwise the gearbox feels great. Is this a common issue with these? Any ideas what could be causing it? Hoping it's something like gear linkage, gearbox/engine mounts or gearbox oil rather than an internal gearbox issue – although all engine/gearbox mounts were changed by the previous owner and the car has just over 100km (60 miles) on the clock.
