   Well I've got a 3 inch Ktec turbo back exhaust , and I looked at the size of the original manifold compared to the rest of the exhaust and thought it would be beneficial to change the manifold

   You'd need a new turbo too, and unless your forged there isn't much benefit of going after market turbo.
   
   If you are set on it there are places that can make custom ones.
   
   Simpson Racing Exhausts for example
