225 Megane 2 Mist Style Washer Jets

Mk3, people have said the 2 and 3 use the same jets.

 

I got the same ones you linked and they are not the same, take one of yours out, they are really easy to get off, and compare them

My next bet is a scrapyard then. There's a scrapyard down the road that has 2 Kangoo 2's in so if they both has mist jets want me to pick up a set for you?

What's your price limit as I don't know a cost yet?

 

Would not think a scrap yard would charge more than about £5, but OK if its a bit more

So from previous comments on this page, would these fit a mk2 as well then?

 

Well they have turned up so have fitted them which is a simple task,
And they seem to do the job, I had to adjust them but have not driven it yet
As I need to do the cambelt and associated bits which I will hopefully do this weekend weather permitting
But definitely better than the piss streaks so far from a static test

 

Get a chance to properly try these out yet? Would be all for changing the jet style to these mist style ones.

the mk3 use the same as mk2 then?

if they do then your better off with the vivaro/trafic then as they are easy to adjust with a flat head screwdriver

 

Not sure if they're the same, the Kangoo uses the same ones as the MK3 but they changed the newer ones to jet instead of mist so getting hold of them is hard. I replaced mine and it's a lot better, get a lot more coverage. It's hard to see in the video because there's still 2 streams but also a mist. Here you go -

Has anyone think of modifying the jet to mount on the wiper arm? I used the 405-Mi16 spray bars (mount on wiper arm) on my 205 and it works far better than the jets on bonnet.

 

Probably not worth the bother of doing it, mist works well enough

Or get Vauxhall vivaro ones which are a direct fit too.
