Its literally a case of pop the old ones out (you can pull them out or use a flat bladed screwdriver and cloth) pull the tube off the end. reattach tube to new washer jet, then push back into the old holes, takes literally 2 mins...... Then adjust the spray pattern if needed with a scredriver on the side of the jet (you will see a T shape for where to insert the screwdriver)
Just ordered mine, will update with what I receive. Really miss the mist type from my old car, glad a simple solution has been found.
I don't have cash but I can't let these sell out and become discontinued like the rear mudguards so overdraft to the rescue
I have just fitted mine. They were a bit of a faf to adjust as the adjustment is very fine, but they work well. If you are considering these, get them bought. Once these are gone, that is it, these are likely to be the last ones available.
I just ordered some, nothing to lose, if they don't fit the mk3 well I will sell them to one of the mk2 owners this is something that has bugged me about the car, so I hope they fit.
Glad to see this is still going strong! I actually just bought myself a set. I've been running only the one for a few months now..
Yep, great find Nickson! This is the start of the 'refreshing' of my 225 F1. I was going to buy the new RS Megane (I love the new one, I know many don't!), but it was actually the Mrs who reminded me that there were only 500 registered in the UK and is relatively rare; that convinced me to keep it . Shame the rest of the rejuvenation won't be quite so easy and relatively cheap! Paul
Offtopic here i know, but there are less Mk3 Renaultsports 250/265 flavour than there are Mk2 Renaultsports due to all the variations it had: 225, Trophy, 225 Cup, F1, R26, R26.R http://www.renaultsport.co.uk/roadcars/heritage Lol at the washer jets being the most sold item!
I'm not a lover of the 250/265; I was considering the new one, albeit I've not seen one in the flesh yet. I meant the 225 F1 Team only. 500 made world wide and only 149 registered in the UK, rare enough for me Paul
