Matching clutch to SMf

  1. Hi guys need a bit of help. I have this single mass flywheel which came with the engine I’m now replacing as it fucked. The SMF came with the below clutch. Now I have this other clutch which came spare with the car. Believe it’s a r26 clutch. The problem I have is when test fitting the pressure plate to the SMF the pins do not line up and it doesn’t match. The brand of the SMF is unknown I have no history for it. Can some point me in the right direction as to what exactly I have here please? First 2 pictures are of what came out. Standard 225 clutch? The next is what I believe is a r26r clutch but doesn’t fit to fit

  3. Thanks for the reply Ian. Been looking myself and one of the guys on the Facebook page pointed out that it could be a techni clutch one which looking at it I think it might be so don’t think I will be using it. Something doesn’t seem right about it bearing in mind I’ve removed it from a dead engine anyway
