Not sure how I could upload a video if anybody could help that would be good? Full lock clicking from the drivers side, no idea what it could be, would be a lot better if I could upload the video so you could hear it yourself
Do you hear it turning more say round a right corner or a left corner, probably hint to what side it's on. I replaced my steering rack last year, that made similar sounds, but more of a crack, crack, crack noise turning steering at idle, or steering rack mountings for steering rack go loose causing similar noise. Mechanic won't take long to jack weight off each wheel, listen for grittiness, roughness turning cv joint by hand. If you accelerate and brake in a straight line listen while braking for any vibrating, clunking from the axle area.
