Hi there. I'm the proud owner of a 2011 265 trophy. I'm a detailing enthusiast and will be given her the once over when I have time. Is there any advise on wax to give the LY a nice pop with a fair bit of durability ???
Ive used Blackfire Midnight Sun wax for a while, gives off a good shine, thou only normally lasts in my experience a few months if your lucky.
I find that waxes don't last irrespective of price and particularly in winter - I have moved to sealants a long time ago for an easier life !!
I use Poorboys paste wax which is a really good, easy to use wax. Gives off a nice wet look but don't expect much more than 6-8 weeks. Mine usually lasts longer because I don't get it wet. Haha I'm going to try use Dodo Juice hard candy wax this week on top of the Poorboys to see if it makes it last a bit longer
It has been sealed at the moment. Got some z2 show car polish on at the moment topped up with z8 grande finally.
