Lowering a cup vs a non cup If using the same spring (grams, HnR etc) Will the cup sit lower than the non cup? Are the dampers the same height? Just the stiffness difference? Cup and non cup cars should sit the same with lowered springs, but they will work better with cup dampers. If your car has done a fair few miles and never had the dampers changed, now would be a good time to swap em for cup dampers. Kam racing do a kit with grams springs and cup dampers.
