My last MOT indicated that both front lower ball joints have play in them. Anyone recommend someone is south-west area to do these? (Swindon-ish ideally).
it's on the list but if i can avoid a 5 hour round trip (just the driving) i would rather pay a little more to be closer (+full tank cost) Does the 175 include parts?
Yeah I get you.. It is a long journey. Yes it's £175 including parts and fitting. So £350 for both sides in total.
Renault told me they couldn't replace just the joint, so they would have to replace the whole perfo hub which was in excess of £1000.
Load of pish, You can get the carrier with the bottom ball joint for under 200 quid these days. Or just get the actual Swivel for around 60 quid.
