Noticed that sometimes on full lock at 2-3 mph feels like the wheels are fouling or catching or shimmying? It may just be the looseness of the surface. Stones etc on the surface. I know when I turn to tight on loose surface on mountain bike I can feel the wheel slide away from me. This is the same sensation. Don't have it all the time. Not had a fwd car for a while. Running 19's and standard Ohlin set up.
