Had some time this weekend to give the car a proper wash and take some photos as I've been too busy driving it and enjoying it. Just a few quick snaps, nothing extravagant. Lotus Elise S2 111S, so 160bhp in a 725kg tin can. Short ratio box and a 2bular exhaust sat on Nitron suspension means it's an absolute riot to drive. I've got the soft roof on at the minute, as let's face it, driving around attracting attention makes owning something like this even more worth while. (plus the females love it) If you could click on a few links so my views spike, I'd be grateful Lotus Elise 111S by Greg Feirn, on Flickr Lotus Elise 111S by Greg Feirn, on Flickr Lotus Elise 111S by Greg Feirn, on Flickr Lotus Elise 111S by Greg Feirn, on Flickr Lotus Elise 111S by Greg Feirn, on Flickr Lotus Elise 111S by Greg Feirn, on Flickr Lotus Elise 111S by Greg Feirn, on Flickr
Swine...... still wish I fitted in one of these, need to lose an inch of inside leg. I do like the racing green colour on these too. I bet it's fun on those AD08s
You can fit in the passenger seat easy enough if you're ever back round here mate! The tyres are phenomenal to be honest, even in the wet.
Lovely mate, get yourself over to TTS performance at Silverstone for a supercharger when you get bored! Mate has one and it's an animal, 350bhp it destroys most thing without trying that hard!
I wouldn't fettle with this, I'd just get one that's already charged. Don't think I'll be bored anytime soon though. The only comparison to the R26 is that I love it. Totally different animal, a lot more rewarding to drive. I spend about half on fuel to what I did in the R26 over the month!
Few updated pics from this evening, mainly for the winter wheels and interior shots for the advert. Enjoy. I had a 111R for 7 years (plus and Evora for 2). The Elise is great but not a daily driver unless you are properly hardcore. Steering feel like nothing else and small enough to enjoy on roads but quick enough too. Mine had 250bhp and was seriously fast.
I absolutely love this car. Just realised you never see em on the roads anymore used to see loads back in the day
Cracking looking car, love the colour,,, unfortunately I suspect I'm not on the hardcore scale although I'd love to own one, looked at an Exige at Bell and Colvill, a real beauty.
