judging from the photos, it looks the same as the Airtec one sold by TFD.. Does anyone know, if the KTr one actually is an Airtec unit? cheers..
It looks slight different though as the airtec one doesn't have the loops on the top to screw it to crash bar
Did not know that, Curious as to why K-Tec have been selling it for so long then and Airtec joined the party late if they already had them made up?
I thought it weird too, I remembered seeing it though when I bought mine. Maybe some kind of 'deal' was done.
Isn't everything Ktec "make" someone else's? For example, their brake lines are made by Hel, their torque links made by vibratechnics etc. They just rebrand and charge more.
Their exhausts are built in house, or at least they were a few years back as I've seen the workshop for them and it was certainly impressive.
I know clio wise anything branded as ktec was generally made by janspeed. I bought a 182 system of them as my stainless was getting a little tired and it was identical to the janspeed system I removed and there site even mentioned it was made by them. I did read somewhere that there Meg systems were made by piper too?
