225 Knock Sensor location?

Hey guys, had my EML light flash a few days ago so plugged in my reader and it gave me a fault about the knock sensor, so I have ordered one, just have no idea where it is in the engine bay??

Anyone got any clue where to find the sensor? been looking on the net for the past few days and cant find anything. Any help would be great.

Does anyone know how to actually get at the plug? I can see it from the top of the engine but have no idea how to actually get at it. If anyone could tell me what they removed etc to get to the plug that would be a great help. Gonna tackle it tomorrow, fail that il have to leave it in somewhere to get it done.

did you go at it from the top or the bottom of the engine?

 

Cheers mate, got it sorted from my mechanic, £20, not too bad!

Do you need to reset the ECU or anything for it to take affect?
