Hi gents, the wifes spare card don't work, it will unlock the car but with the card in the slot still says put card in slot, any ideas? or is it a trip to Renault for a new card. Thanks.
Could be a dodgy / broken solder point somewhere in the card, allegedly a common problem as the cards bend etc when in your pocket. You could try opening it up and re soldering? LOL, I like my fingers on my hand not the floor, but looking at that I just might give it a go, will get a chainmail glove. lol
Sorted, took 5 mins and still got all my fingers, the joints had gone so just put a bit of solder on them, will see if it works when she gets home.
