Hey guys, lately been having issues with my card. It will work fine and the car will start up fine when its in the slot but when I remove the card it asks me to insert the card. (Would start the car up before even if the card wasn't in the slot). Also when locking and unlocking the car sometimes I have to press the buttons several times for it to work, I've developed the "magic tap" now as well as sometimes have to tap the card for it to work. I've replaced the battery so know it isn't that and given the price of new ones was hoping somebody on here may have a solution or even possibly know the cause. Many thanks Paul.
Hey Paul, From the sounds of it the solder in the card may have become a bit dry/ cracked - common problem there are guides on you tube showing you how to open it up and repair yourself if your confident with a soldering iron etc. If not and you have a spare key you can use theres companies on the internet who will do it for around ~£25 IIRC (You have to post it off and they send it back)
