On Thursday night I got in the car as usual and the car started normally, but when I went to get out the stop button didn't kill the engine and the screen on the instrument panel said “push stop twice" having done that the lock button on the key card wouldn't work!! Went to get the spare and when I came back the original worked fine and has done since! Any ideas? I'm wondering if it might be the card battery?
Mine sometimes does this! Sometimes i have to lock the car and unlock it for the card to work properly. Earlier I went start the car and everything went dead.Then I took the key out again and locked and unlocked and all fine again but I had lost all my stereo settings. Weird electrics on these Meganes.
