R26 K-TEC 3" Turbo-Back Exhaust Fitting have to remove drive shaft??

    Hi, Had a quote from K-TEC for a 3" turbo back (sports cat) system and have been told that it takes 5 HOURS to fit as it requires removing the drive shaft to fit it at a cost of £346.76 + VAT including gear oil = £416.12......REALLY!!!!

    Would appreciate feedback from anyone who has fitted a 3" turbo back (sports cat) system to comment.

    Mark black can knock a couple of hours off that, but if your near k Tec then he's mile away

    maybe if it was decat, no need for a sports cat tho

    Thats what I was meaning ok with a decat if you do, otherwise you have to go sport cat if you want the extra power!
