As above, went to smiths at Peterborough which was a long drive for me but knew they were a 'Renaultsport dealer' guy told me he didn't even have the 275 on the system so didn't believe I knew people on here who had ordered one. I called Renault Leicester and they said straight away yes we can sort one out for you drove down and the service was different again, coffee on arrival and straight into specs and what I wanted told them I knew a guy on here who has ordered one and said he had 3k knocked off, they did the same for me so I ended up getting a white 275 trophy with upgraded speedlines for around 27k mark when I get the name from my receipt of the manager I'll put it on here because the service was second to none, mad how 2 dealerships can be so different. just got to wait until mid February now, can't wait to see it in the flesh
I ordered mine in december from arnold clark renault in huddersfield. At the min they have got an offer on. 5k off the list price!! The base model is 23,988! Cheaper than a 265 (according to the arnold clark website.) I don't take delivery of mine until march though. Would you not wait another couple of weeks just so you can get it as a 15 plate?
Got my mum a brand new top of the range Capture from their last week, £19,995, picked it up last Friday after buying it for £16,300, I showed them a deal from another website new car deals and they matched it. Good deals out their if shop around .
He's right Joeh, you won't be disappointed mate Just wish the weather would clear up then I can enjoy it more...
I can't directly compare to the FF but I did have a 250 Cup and the differences are huge. Interior and cabin is 100% nicer to be in and I now have all the mod cons that I was missing before and then some. The audio is 100% better and the new R Link seems to work like a charm; the Renaultsport Monitor v2 is also a lot more intuitive and they have ironed out all the annoyances from the old system. Driving wise though is where I'm finding massive differences; the 275 feels sharper and more agile and smoother going over the same roads I have driven my 250 over for the past 3 years (I have the ohlins, so not sure if they are the difference or the car setup). The sound of the exhaust is awesome as well and is noticeably richer and deeper ... regularly popping and crackling. The speed is roughly the same I guess but I'm still running it in (done 630 miles in it now). The car obviously isn't completely different ... but where it is, you definitely notice it
