   I've just opened on the air box where the air filter is located and noticed that there is a grey form inside the air box? What is this and do I need to take it out and clean or replace?

   Assuming you mean foam, it's just sound deadening, you can remove it to get a bit more induction noise if you wanted.

   agree with the above. I took mine out and noticed more induction noise
