They look awesome in Mercury. Good luck with the sub 8min lap although I think you'll struggle with road tyres and oem suspension.

Under 8 is very possible in these, Even 100% stock. Thilo ran his stock for a while on PS2's and was lapping sub 8.

First difference I noticed was when I went to reverse it out off the driveway and I couldn't see a thing, I find rear visibility especially around the rear quarters is terrible, and it's no wonder they provide rear parking sensors as standard fit on the rear. The overall quality of the cabin is much better, but I always found the r26 to be quite dated looking inside (still loved it inside though just being fussy) The only way I can explain the difference when you drive it, is as if it's hundreds of subtle improvements that all add up and make a big difference. It feels a lot more planted on the road and is much more stable at high speed I have found. The only thing I think that is not slightly improved is the steering feedback, don't get me wrong the car goes where you point it, it just seems vaguer and detaches you slightly, it's a minor thing though. Overall I love it, but Iv wanted one like crazy since last may and I'm still on the honeymoon period hahaha Dru

Ah shit mate that sucks. Arse holes. So what happens with them? Jail? Fines?? I am in the process of renewing my insurance at preset and it really makes me wonder why the feck I should pay extra for legal cover and all the options when there are people who have none at all. Unbelievable
