I know this is an age away, but, I'm trying to pre book as many dates as possible for next year before my wife fills the 2015 calender with all her shite and kids parties and leaves me with just one day in November. Is anyone else planning on going to Spa next year. I also quite fancy le man as well. At the minute my brother, Ed (liquid F1) and myself are up for it any one else fancy a road trip?
Haha if there's enough of us we could force ed to detail our cars whilst we are there! I've done Le man once about 5 years ago and have wanted to go back ever since. I know Naith and a few others are regulars so any input they have if they see this post would be great.
Yeah i will do, Going out to the F1 with a mate and camping and likely do a trackday at the end of the year, I would rather do it in the summer so we don't get torrential rain last time but its still cracking in the wet.
Sounds good Jamie. We've been lucky the two times we've done Spa in April have been bone dry. Weird weather in spa it's like Silverstone with its own weather system.

There is about 10 of us booking the 2 days through gold track mid April , we're going for around a 5 day road trip inc the ring
Sounds spot on Steve can you text me the details you've got so far or I'll send you my email if it's easier.
Tubes, Seb and myself are thinking of going for one of the days at spa next year although prob just the single day. Dave
Myself and a few of my mates in Hondas are doing a euro trip including spa,as said above will just be the one day though.
Who ever you book with you don't have to do 2 days , we're going with gold track, more exotic cars their and not so packed , one of the best organisers
My only concern with going with loads of super cars is I'd be driving round the track with my indicator on the whole time whilst GT cars go sailing past lol
Corey, not really as Spa is so big and not many cars on track at the same time. Cannot compare to the Renault days when you get 50 cars out for the 20 min session. Highly recommend to do a Gold track day, not the cheapest but not too many cars,
Don't worry about it, As said Spa has plenty space that you should always have some free track. Plus, remember just because someone has shown up in what is a fast car doesn't mean it will be fast on track.
I was looking at DN11 for my first trackday this year (in the .R that is) as I have some unfinished business with the Ring. That is at the start of April, but waiting on Ring calendar before making final decision. What are you guys planning in April, Steve?
Must say i found this to be true, quite a,few of what you think are fast cars are the ones your be overtaking not the other way round as Jamie pointed out. Just go and enjoy the day mate.
Anyone thought about after Spa,doing a track day somewhere else in Europe,as we are already over there?.
