Hi All, I know some on here have 45 offset and it has not made a big difference to their cars handling etc......45 is a big stretch away from our original 68mm offset...... what i would like to know is 42 pushing the envelope a bit too far ? PS: A cheap set of 18x8 wheels with 42 offset has come up and dont want to see them go elsewhere. Any tips welcome. Cheers !
i wouldnt to be honest,the scrub radius is a long way off,and the wheels looks so odd with such a low offset. Others might disagree,but i had a second set of low offset wheels,and the car displayed odd handling traits. Up to you,but i would try to stay close to oem offset.Ash Gourmley has a good set of R26 wheels with tyres for sensible money going.
