Trying to fit my new intercooler, can't get the poxy clip to disengage on the drivers side, I've pulled the prongs out and hung off the cooler but it's not budging. Cant see what I'm doing wrong, anyone done one of these before?
They are a pain and need a good whack. Then when you put it back it won't seal correctly and leak boost
Bloody pain in the arse it was, seriously what's wrong with a good old fashioned jubilee clip? Fortunately I got mine off without damaging it and doesn't seem to be leaking any boost. Found it easier to completely remove the metal part of the clip from the pipework.
