Pointless. There is no real benefit to cooling the air going into the engine when at a standstill. Then as soon as you move the FMIC does its job.
Might as well switch the water cooling fans on as they will pull air through which might help the intercooler from heat soaking if your aiming for a fast getaway. If not I wouldn't bother.
