I think they're pretty standard across various manufacturers you may find them at a motor factors or eBay

It may be better to have a look round your local scrap yard. I know they are used on the ford KA 2000 - 2008 for a number of connectors including the Heater matrix valve (behind the scuttle panel), and a few other ford models. As they are Bosch plugs, (I think), you could find them on any number of vehicles
