I have returned to Renault :-)

  1. Hi all,

I've recently purchased a Megane RS250. Car drives a dream and has plenty of gadgets to keep me entertained. Car came with 42k on the clock and has been well looked after (as far as the eye can see). the previous owner purchased form Renault and continued to pay for the Warranty extension, of which I have until October - is it worthwhile? I plan to tidy the car up with a full detail, maybe look to debadge, chop the middlebox, and possibly an air filter upgrade.

It's been 7 years since I have owned a Renault! Previous vehicles include:

    - Mk1 Clio 1.8 16v
    - Mk1 Clio Hybrid (Williams engine)
    - Astra H VXR
    - Many other boring workhorses that were as fun as watching my nan on the bog!

Anyhow, I joined as I have been reading everyone's projects and thought I'd come say 'hello'.

    Cheers!

  7. Nice cars, 250 is my first Renault.

Just need to get some polish on that exhaust tip, comes up really well normally.

i use Autosol Metal polish, works great even though the tip isn't actually metal (i think).
