Pretty much the fastest part of the whole track that too, at least in terms of terminal velocity for most cars. I bet that hurts either way.
Christ! Schwedenkreuz. Fastest section of the track on the NS. If you're gonna have an off there it will always be big. I always pussy lift there with a dab of brake before the crest. Takes balls to go through that flat. Very unforgiving. I hope all involved were ok. The megane crashes well doesn't it?
I was a passenger in a 197 that crashed there. Going sideways down the grass at 100mph+ sideways was a memorable experience. Thankfully we stayed in line with the track and only glanced the barrier.
