Does anyone know how to completely remove the aerial unit. Going to be wrapping my roof again as part of the vinyl was defected and would make life a lot easier by taking the whole thing off whilst doing it!
Assuming it has the physical aerial and not the printed screen antenna it's very simple. Drop the vehicles head lining, remove the fixings from the underside of the aerial base, push out thru the roof skin and chase wiring back to source and remove (Normally wiring runs back to the lower sill cable tray area and toward the center console).
