Hi guys, Just joined and say hi to you all. I had a 2014 Megane RS 275 trophy which was bought last year. I will be honest, I have never had much experience nor interest in a Renault in the past until the Megane 3 RS came out back in 2012. It's styling is very intriguing. At first glance it doesn't catch my eye much, but the more you look at it, the more detail and character it receals. As for the sound, I heard someone in his accelerated hard in the city and it was very ballsy and meaty. I was in the market for a driver's car and then I came across the facelift Megane and limited edition of this trophy 275. The more I read about it, the more I was curious and feel special about thithe car. Now, you might not believe this but I only got to experience the true meaning and potential of the car after the first day I got my car delivered. I only have a very brief test drive at the dealer and I took a leap of faith base on the extremely well received reviews. I know, can be risky but I have read a ton of reviews. I took it for a trip all the way to Marysville on the day my car was delivered. I didn't feel much about the car at first, in fact I felt the chasis is a little too stiff and the interior is just dull. I wasn't 100% convinced at the time until I reached a 19kms long winding road. I will not tire you guys by saying the cliche which have been repeated hundreds and hundreds of time from all the Megane drivers. It's epic and epic is the only world to sum up the driving experience. Anyway, love to chat more in the forum and hope to catch up someday in the future. Hi Eian, welcome along mate. Nice intro and pictures there too. I ordered my Trophy without a test drive, or having ever even been inside a mk3 Megane at all. The dealer offered me a test drive in a 265 but I wasn't bothered - I knew the car would be great. How many 275 Trophys and Trophy Rs did you lot get?
