Just got mine. It's fine as a daily. Not great on fuel in town but what do you expect. Ride is harsh but not uncomfortable as the seats are amazing.
had mine for 12,500 miles now, can't drive it enough, fantastic cars mate, Motorway gets you 30-32mpg, town more like 26 easily, standard suspension you won't have any issues with speedbumps, ride a little harsh at slow speeds but is fanastic on any A or B road, the bumpier and twistier the better. Recaros are epic, and very easy to life with with normal seatbelts. They are french, so expect a few silly electrical niggles like windows, or the aircon squealing Find a good RenaultSport specialist in your neck of the woods and servicing is surprisingly cheap, I had a full service for £160
Pretty much what papps said. Consumables (brakes/tyres) can be expensive, depending on what you're used to. What are you coming from? That will give people more of an idea on pros and cons for you.
Had mine a few weeks and love it. On the commute to work if I behave gets 34mpg (half motorway half town traffic) and is very good just driving at normal speeds, then find a twisty road and it becomes a beast. Best of both worlds. It's epic on back roads destroyed a few Elise's and other fast cars so far. Getting it stage 1 mapped next week and can't wait. Inside is basic but I can live with it, I got the lux pack and would say that's a huge improvement on the normal. I had a 320d msport before but prefer thr r26 at half the price of the bmw.
