Hi everyone Im Simon from Wirral It looks like my company car Polo 1.2diesel is going in a few months so need to buy my own car. I've always fancied these and my last nippy car was a 182 which I loved. Just done an insurance quote too and got a few back about £320 so nothing stopping me. Just looking to learn a bit more about these cars. I want something thats decent to chuck about and nippy when I want it to be as Ive been so bored post divorce with the fuel economy friendly cars. Probably looking to spend about £4k and would look in to decatting and maybe a remap at some point just to make it a little nippier. Always enjoyed old school turbos with boost gauges and adjustable bleed valves Anyway looking forward to learning a bit and hopefully getting one of these soon. Simon
The is a nice 225 for around 4k in the for sale section, had a couple of bits off the lad that's selling over the weekend, so obviously had a look. i saw that one before. Its a bit early for me as I can use the company car yet for another couple of months so will sort a loan etc out then. lovely car though and the remap etc is well appealing
