Hi all my 250 wont start just clicking all power went now nothing How do I jump start it Looked at battery but has a bracket on Thanks all
Connect the jump leads to the battery. Lift the cover off the positive terminal and you'll get at it like that.
Cheers mike already done it jumped it and started god knows why it did that anyone any ideas not driving it much only to take her to work and back about 3 mile each way not been for a run for awhile
That's probably why. Short runs are no use for the battery, might be ok when it's new but once it starts getting old it will need a good run now and then.
Had the low battery warning on mine once or twice and like you it doesn't go far, just need an occasional longer drive.
Struggled to start again today ,started 1st time but you know what I mean when it's sort of delayed and drove to pick her up from work turned engine off waiting for her and it wouldn't start again but after a couple of goes it started luckily she's off tonight will go for a blast in the sun along Coast later to Scarborough and air the cobwebs away and hopefully get over 3k rpm haha
They do put pretty small batteries in these cars. I was installing some speakers and had to the stereo running quietly and had the battery warning come up after 20 mins.
