Hi, just signed up, I've got a megane r26 f1, on a '08' plate, I recently got the modified shortshift linkage, but my mechanic was told by his gearbox specialist not to remove the actuator? So would not do it! When I have looked for a walk through guide itshows a slightly differnt actuator? Must be the mk1? Do you have to remove the actuator, or is there a way of getting the linkage of without removing the actuator any help would be great cheers
