Anyone on here know anyone who can trace a vehicle by a reg. I think someone is using my address fraudulently as I've just had some insurance documents come through for this person. I have the guys name and reg along with his mobile number. If anyone can help drop me a pm please. Many thanks Rob.
i'd change your passwords Rob asap.As Steve says, pass it on to the police, i'd also phone whoever it is and throw a few f---s into them, bar stewards.
Just ring the insurers? Its not impossible for it to be a mistake and they'll gave people who deal in fraud. Not sure the police would care.
Yeah I rung them and they said to just send the documents back. It's not the first time this person has had stuff sent to my address.
if you've got his mobile number, send him a txt and tell him you have a few mates looking into it, and are looking forward to meeting him.
With a good enough reason and a £20 fee the DVLA will provide you the address but you have to apply and get approved before they release any info.
My god I truly am at a loss, why the hell would you post such a thing in an open forum stating that this guy has your details, secondly why would you state in an open forum that you want to "investigate" this guy and "ninja" style in an open forum? I bet he is already reading this! He has already cloned your car and probably used it for MOWP and you have already had other mailings for him? what was in the mail?. Get in touch with the old bill now, you will save yourself a lot of heartache and risking getting locked up for something you have not done. Just my 2$
Chill out mate, it's the weekend. He hasn't got my details, just my address. Where did I mention he'd cloned my car ? The insurance paperwork was for another vehicle. The 'ninja' comment was a piss take. I hardly said I'm going to go and murder him.
Someone used my address and I received calls from a Debt Collection agency for non-payment. Turned out, it was some old guy who lived up the road and had managed to get the two digits of the house number the wrong way around in some correspondance, so it came to my address instead. He came very close to a "ninja'ing"
