Hi Wanting to fit a set of Trendlines to my 225 Trophy however the wiring under the original seat looks a little more involved than I thought it would be. I was expecting just to be able to unplug one connector under the old seat, bolt in the Recaro and then mess about with the airbag light at a later stage. However there isn't just one connector to unplug in order to free the seat? The photo shows that it's attached to the seat at about 4 or 5 different places once the main loom splits. What are my choices? Break down the seat and disconnect at each point? Not sure this is possible? Or cut the loom and connect where I can to the Recaro loom? Any help much appreciated!!
Forgot to say there is an unused plug coming from under the carpet along with the seat loom, seems odd to have this plug unused?
Someone cut it off and let it sit there whole the wores are now soldered direectly. It is the OEM connector for airbag, seat belt tensioner and the rest of the sensors
