   Anyone know how to polish headlights... I can't quite tell if it's on the outside or the inside... If its the latter can it be removed?

   Normally it is the outside.
   You can buy headlight restoration kits online for £20-25.
   Easiest option is to buy some fine wet and dry paper 2000 -3000 grit and sand it.
   Then use some polishing compound and buff.

   Me to. The last one I watched applied UV resistant paint protection film after buffing to stop it degrading again from the sun/weather though you could lacquer it instead.
