Over the last 2 or so months my handbrake has started to crap itself, I'll have to pull it up two or three times sometimes for it to engage and if I am lucky it decides to completely disengage after I have gotten out of the car (This actually happened and nearly rolled into the car parked in front of me). I need to fix this asap because I don't want to risk needing to fix some guys 100k Mercedes because my handbrake decides when it wants to work. PS: I do leave it in gear but that's not good enough in my eyes.
need a new handbrake assembly mate, have a look at parts for sale, Elite21 is breaking an R26, he might still have the part.
