Hi guys! Im a proud owner of a black with red stripes 2012 265 Cup with luxury pack, or is it the other way around . She's a bit of a high mileage daily queen, bought it with 182500kms on the clock, and in the past two and a bit years ive driven it to 214000km. Bought the car with a custom 3in turbo back exhaust with a sports cat and a backbox. So far, the biggest issues i had were the LH control arm ball joint exploding mid corner after a junction which wasnt fun at all, alternator going kaput as well as the AC compressor. I rebuilt the TC due to it developing a big whistle while out with some friends for some night driving. Other than that, regular servicing and she is doing pretty fine, knock on wood. Ive installed Eibach Prokit springs on it, Ferodo DS2500 on the front axle, RBF600 fluid and clutch damper delete. Currently, she needs a bit of a paint correction here and there, and a recirculation valve has developed a leak. Thinking about either blocking it off completely or buying a Forge unit. Im planning on doing a full front suspension overhaul with new bushes, ball joints and subframe bushes, and steering rack ends before the summer.
