Since having my car from March this year I have noticed that when putting my heavy right foot down, I sometimes go from 4th to 6th and there's a grind like I'm not pressing in the clutch enough. Any ideas?
Why would you go 4th to 6th while pinning the throttle? I mean, block skip gears sometimes but only if say getting up to speed on a slip road in 4th and then fairly slowly change up to 6th with minimal throttle once in 6th. Never grinds though, only gears a find a bit rough are 1-2 and 2-3 when pootling about and if you try to change with very low revs.
