Took the car out this morning and I didn't want to drive through a burst water main so I stuck it in reverse and moved slowly back. With having the window down and going slowly I can hear urta urta urta urta noise. Sounds like creaky rubber, not a metallic rattle etc. Does it going in a straight line so I'm starting to think it's suspension related. Seems to drive fine, steering is nice and straight doesn't pull left or right. Could this be the start of the upper or lower balljoints going. Cars on 55k Thanks.
Think it's all sorted now. All the wheel nuts on the front wheels were loose, only torqued them up last week. Think I'll have to order the stud conversion sooner rather than later
