My car was losing power and misfired at intervals so bought a new fuel pump my mechanic put it in today but car was still acting up so he disconnected the fuel line by the fuel rail, the surge was much stronger than the old pump but there was a lot of gunk in the fuel, went around to check the fuel filter he replaced about a week ago and guess what it was almost blocked. So I'd like to get the tank cleaned but I have two issues One: how do I drain the fuel from the tank? Two: do I have to remove the tank to clean it and how do I remove it?
