This seems to have appeared literally overnight, but there seems to be a creaking from the OSF suspension. It seems to be most evident on compression over bumps and almost sounds like something rubber has dried out (probably one of the first times I've used the car in the wet last night) I also noticed a sharp, high pitched knock when hitting a dropped drain cover. I've had the wheel off and there doesn't seem to be any sign of the swivel hub bearing bolts coming loose. Thoughts?
Weirdly, after refitting the wheel it seems to have disappeared. The wheel was definitely torqued to 140Nm, as I rechecked last night (following fitting of discs).
The creak could be anti roll bar bushes, you could try a quirt of silicon spray here to see if it helps. The knock could be the same bushes if worn or the drop links.
Oddly, after being parked up at work for a few hours its back again. I'll grab some silicone spray and try.
