Forge Motorsport BOV - What colour Spring for MK3 Should it open at idle??

Hey Guys

Just fitted my FORGE BOV I bought second hand it has the blue spring installed is this correct, I believe the car has a tune on it, max boost Ive seen on the monitor is 1450 mbar which i believe is 21PSI the reason i ask the bov is open at idle is this an issue? besides that it seems fine driving and only makes whoosh noises then it should lol
