Hi Guys, Unfortunately for me the time has come to move on the Meg. Forged engine, Hybrid turbo - Fast road spec Megane R26. All standard features work - auto lights, auto wipers, cruise control, remote for radio etc. Mega car, handling is superb. I rebuilt the car for track days/weekends away and I've not got round to getting the car on track (save for one evening)... so it's ready for its new owner to experience. Performance is very strong - Engine dynamics dyno’d printout at 305bhp/305ibs ft (dyno cell was 29°C+ on the day of the run so is estimated to be 320bhp+ on a cooler day) and quite some weight savings have been made - around 60kg out of the car. R26 gets the LSD as standard, it’s super impressive how it manages to deploy the power/torque. Mechanically it’s been completely refreshed since my ownership in 2020. Some cosmetic things could be sorted. I have standard interior equipment that I’ve removed for the new owner to have if they want to return to stock. Engine/Gearbox - Current millage 94k Forged engine rebuild @91k miles (complete July 2023), built by AW Motorworks. Wossner pistons/rods, upgraded inlet valves, inconel exhaust valves. Built engine capable of 450bhp+ if fueling, Turbo and clutch upgraded, I went for an over spec build for longevity. Upgraded valve springs. Upgraded bearings etc. New coils Upgraded Fuel pump 630cc Injectors R26R clutch (rated for 360 ibs/ft), lightweight TTV flywheel Hybrid turbo - Turbo dynamics built Turbosmart waste gate actuator ProPerfect Reserculation valve with correct spring for boost. ITG induction / custom heat shield enclosure Airtec front mount intercooler, with air dam fins. Battery relocation to boot for better weight distribution. KTR Short shift kit for gear linkage, much improved shift. Gearbox oil changed. Full service history. Exhaust KTR 3” full exhaust, non res. 3” scorpion downpipe. 200 cell Sports cat, V banded with decat pipe to swap out. Not crazy loud, no drone on the motorway. Chassis Fully powerflex purple poly bushings inc antiroll bar bushes, with anti lift caster adjustment at the front Refurbished steering rack Brand new BC coilovers - bought and installed last month. Fast road Geo setup - 2° neg camber setup. Flat floor/ corner weighted by Boss Racing, with printout. (1411kg with 75kg driver and 3/4 tank of fuel. 63.4%front/36.6%Rear) Braking New front calipers PFC Zero rated pads in at the moment - but running a little low New Carbon Loraine RC5+ pads ready for installation. New rear calipers DS2500 rear pads Braided lines throughout. Godspeed front brake upgrade - 330mm Castrol SRF brake fluid Wheels and tires 2 sets of wheels 1 set, standard anthracite with Michelin PS4S tires. Two are perfect, two are a little low. 1 set, refurbished bronze with Nankang NS2R’s, used for one track evening and about 2k road miles. Interior LUX interior Removed rear bench (will be supplied along with the car) KTR rear carpet KTR mats ‘Royals’ Alcantara re trimmed steering wheel with grey center band (I always wear gloves so it’s like brand new) Carbon fiber gear stick surround Alpine head unit with Bluetooth calling/music connectivity Belkin phone holder + charger. Upgraded Alpine door speakers front and rear. Lowered seat bases - one of the biggest complaints of the Megane cockpit (standard height will be supplied as well) Removed rear seatbelts (will be supplied as well) Exterior Headlamps, H7’s replaced with Philips Extreme Vision. R26R KTR spoiler will be supplied at asking price, needs painting and fitting. Always detailed and polished with a two bucket wash method. Private plate not included. Will be on original Number plate CP57 VYM Some small cosmetic blemishes, small dents etc. but still looks great clean. Probably some other things I’ve forgotten.
