Anyone got any info on these? I know little to nothing about them and had one go past me at what seemed like light speed last night as I was tootling home on the petrol light lol. Sounded like Decat and and full exhaust flames pops bangs the works. It was racing a 200sx and annihilated it. What power do these push out and how to they compare to the megane r26/250/265?
Ive been in one running 500hp from jamsport. There very tunable and reliable with it. Not the best in the bends due to being rather nose heavy but the engine is a star powerplant. Passed a few on track with ease but quicker than the r26 on the road id guess. Dave
Epic, that's a lot of power, they forged engines? Same Volvo unit from the st? I think it was the shock and awe exhaust show that wowed me.
Yeah uprated rods pistons turbo and a few other bits to strengthen the engine but essentially the same base engine from the st225.
Going off the youtube video a mapped 250 can just have a standard focus but I can't see it myself they are mega fast on the straights.
I had the displeasure of being on the M1 next to the jamsport guys when they must have been on their way to a show. Undertaking, cutting me up and USING THE HARDSHOULDER to undertake each other. I was pootling along in my van whilst these jack offs screwed with everybody.
