Has anyone made an 'Airtec style' scoop to fit on any other FMIC? Looking to do it to my R26, just wondered if anyone else has done it?
Ive not done it yet, just wondering if anyone had done before? Or if anyone has an airtec FMIC out of the car that could take some measurements for me?
i believe it worths trying. at least theoretically it sounds. i may try it next time i have the front bumper off
The R26 already has plastic deflectors that angle air towards the intercooler, that sit in the platsic undertray,thats rivetted to your front bumper.
thats not to say they are still there!..many get broke,and thrown away over the years.Look through the lower grill..you should be able to see 2 angled plastic deflectors,either side of the intercooler.
