225 Flashing engine management(random multiple misfire)/esp/asr fault

Hi all this keeps happening at random times can be driving fine and then all of a sudden the car judders and a massive power loss occurs it’s driving me mad! When I accelerate it sounds like it’s misfiring really bad and then it will pick up again iv not gone into the turbo range as it struggles to pull off let alone boost has anyone got any ideas of where I could start looking? I’ve checked all the hoses in case one was slightly off but they all seem fine, I had the injectors (630cc) cleaned 6 months ago. Any help is greatly appreciated before I get a big hammer to it
