   Hi,
   
   Is it just a straight swap to install a 250 turbo (full unit) to a r26? Do I need to get anything else changed? how long would it take to install?
   
   I know it will need mapping once it is installed, car already has cooler, sports cat, cat back, 630's etc

   It is a direct swap, but I would strongly suggest upgrading the conrods and Pistons at the same time.
