I have been pretty disappointed with my Akra noise but I did come from a V8. Anyway recently passed 6k miles and I think it is sounding much more meaty. Anyone that owned from new? Can you verify that they need some bedding in? I remember fitting BMW Performanace Exhaust to my 330i and generally people commented that they needed some miles under there belt & improved with age.
Now approaching 10k and getting louder, Had half a dozen pops and bangs today. Whereas I usually get one a month. That was without RS button pressed too.
Mine was doing that, turns out the whole system had worked it way loose and was swinging around on it's mounts causing a leak. All sorted now
My car has around 45k miles on and I love the sound of the akra. Sounds great when I had the seat down to take the xmas tree to the tip!
